We began with collection
Collection built the relationships, routes and practical understanding required to work with waste-generating businesses.
Glass became the immediate recovery focus
Pubs, bars and restaurants provide an active glass supply. We collect and aggregate that glass at our yard on Mwakirunge Road.
Processing is the next value step
Glass currently moves through Bottle Logistics EA. Crushing and cleaning it ourselves would allow Lavenya to pursue higher-value direct buyers.
